Heated Supply Hoses Astro Packaging has established itself as a prime source for high quality electrically heated hoses, hot melt hoses, custom hoses for unique applications, and heated hose accessories and more. We manufacture hoses that are compatible with most hot melt systems on the market today. We also specialize in electrically heated hoses, designed and built to meet exacting engineering specifications. Astro Packaging hoses are electrically heated for operation to 500°F (260°C). They are lightweight and flexible and can be operated in continuous movement conditions. They are fully insulated to minimize heat loss and for ease of handling. Our hoses are available in diameters from 3/16" up and in any length. When required, hoses can be designed and built to withstand extremely high pressures. Every heated hose we manufacture comes complete and ready to install with either an independent temperature controller or existing hot melt equipment temperature control systems. Astro Packaging maintains an extensive inventory of the most popular hot melt hoses used with the most common hot melt applicators such as Nordson®, ITW®, Slautterback®, Mercer®, and others.
Our original equipment hoses are 100% compatable with the manufacturer's controllers and their use will not affect the warranty of that equipment. If you need any type of hot melt hose or electrically heated hose to fit any material handling requirement, please contact the factory for pricing and delivery information now. Features
